We're looking for a HR Intern to support our People Team with day-to-day HR operations and office enablement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and office operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
As a HR Intern at StoreHub, you will work closely with the HR Manager and the wider People Team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, a great candidate and employee experience, and a well-run office environment.
This internship offers real operational exposure rather than purely administrative work. You will play a meaningful role in supporting both people operations and office operations while learning how HR functions in a scaling SaaS company.
How you will need to be:
Visitor Management
- Open/close reception daily and keep the area clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Ensure the self-registration system runs smoothly, assisting visitors when needed
- Pull visitor logs and system reports for operational tracking
Asset & Vendor Management
- Support pantry stocking and ordering of supplies
- Prep devices, access, and onboarding logistics for new hires; manage offboarding collection and reporting for departing staff
- Keep the GongBei inventory system accurate across all asset movements
- Coordinate scheduled maintenance (AC, electrical, internet)
Office Upkeep
- Weekly checks on meeting rooms, displays, and printers; report faults
- Support asset disposal projects
Comms & Courier
- Send office updates via Lark (maintenance, breakdowns, lost items)
- Handle occasional courier requests and incoming deliveries
Event & Culture Support
- Provide on-ground logistics support for company events and external vendor visits
HR Operations Support (Developmental)
As capacity allows, you'll get exposure to:
- Recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, candidate logistics, assessment support)
- New hire onboarding sessions
- Exit interviews for departing staff
- Internal training coordination
What you need to have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in a related field.
- A proactive, responsible attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Able to handle information with discretion and professionalism.
