Senior Supply Chain Executive
- Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Full-Time
- On-Site
Job Description:
Are you driven, results-oriented and a team player?
With 17,000+ retailers and restaurants in over 15 countries, StoreHub is on a mission to enable everyone, big or small, to build successful businesses.
At StoreHub, we're building a dream team where all of your colleagues are extraordinary at what they do and highly effective collaborators.
It is in such a team that you learn the most, perform your best work, improve the fastest, and have the most fun.
If this is a journey you'd like to embark on, keep reading!
We're looking for a hands-on and highly organised Senior Supply Chain Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur and help keep StoreHub's hardware operations running smoothly across Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
StoreHub supports thousands of cafes, restaurants, and retailers with point-of-sale hardware including terminals, receipt printers, cash drawers, routers, receipt rolls, accessories, and the small parts that keep everything working.
Your job is to make sure the right hardware is in the right place, at the right time.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will manage the day-to-day supply chain desk in Kuala Lumpur, working closely with your counterpart in Bangkok as well as our Sales, Customer Experience, Support, Field Engineering, Finance, and Product teams.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. We're looking for someone who runs a tight operation, follows through, keeps the numbers honest, and would rather fix a broken process than repeat the same workaround every month.
What you will do:
- Process daily sales orders and purchase orders in NetSuite for point-of-sale hardware, accessories, and consumables across Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
- Maintain accurate and complete records so that stock movements, purchases, and deliveries can be easily tracked and audited.
- Monitor stock levels across each market against agreed reorder points and raise purchase orders when replenishment is needed.
- Identify and flag items that are moving faster or slower than expected so that stock risks can be addressed early.
- Run regular stock counts, reconcile physical inventory against NetSuite, investigate discrepancies, and explain every variance.
- Coordinate stock transfers between locations and countries, ensuring transfer orders are recorded and completed accurately.
- Follow up with vendors, suppliers, and couriers until orders are delivered to the right location.
- Be the day-to-day contact for hardware and logistics partners on purchase orders, lead times, delivery issues, warranty claims, returns, and faulty units.
- Coordinate replacement units, repairs, and disposal of end-of-life hardware with our Support and Field Engineering teams.
- Provide Sales, Product, and Customer Experience teams with clear information on stock availability and expected delivery timelines.
- Set up demo or replacement hardware for internal teams when needed, and guide others on the correct process.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date standard operating procedures for the processes you own.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the current workflow and propose practical improvements.
- Support ad hoc supply chain and operations projects when required.
What you will need:
To excel in this role, you should be practical, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the full process from purchase order to delivery.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, logistics operations, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience raising purchase orders and managing inventory using an ERP system.
- Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.
- Strong inventory-control skills and the ability to reconcile physical stock against system records accurately.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, vendors, couriers, or logistics partners and following through until issues are resolved.
- Good written and spoken English. Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Strong organisation and follow-through, with the discipline to keep records and documentation updated as you work.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your area without needing constant direction.
- The ability to work across multiple markets, teams, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A practical problem-solving mindset and the instinct to improve the process instead of repeatedly working around the same issue.
- Experience with point-of-sale hardware, devices, electronics, or technology products is a bonus.
- Experience supporting operations across more than one Southeast Asian market is also a plus.
